I feel amazing a month after using it

For over 10 years, I've taken either ALA or astaxanthin for antioxidant benefits. I started taking this because I've been so sedentary since covid (and eating poorly). I thought I should boost my regime. As with ALA, I don't notice short-term benefits, but I'm impressed by the claims, and I've read several articles on NAD+. I have a rare genetic mutation that only gets triggered if my body is unable to repair daily DNA damage, so I hope this supplement will keep things in a healthy balance.

Hopefully take good care of their health

I thought that these were easy to take, and they had no bad taste or after-effect. That being said, I did not notice any better well-being after taking them for a month, and for me the price is a bit high to continue without any noticeable improvement.

I eat healthy and work out 30 mins every day. I had hoped this would do what it promised in terms of increased energy, metabolism, all of it. But after taking it as recommended for a month? Zero change, zero difference. It had no effect at all even in the slightest. Same with a similar NAD product I tried.
