    FOR ALLERGY RELIEF

    I take Quercetin to lessen the severity of seasonal allergies. Often, I take it with FREEZE-DRIED stinging nettle LEAF. I'd much rather take herbal remedies than an antihistamine. No more Zyrtec, for me!

    Anyhoo, each of these Pure Encapsulations capsules contains 95% Quercetin Anhydrous w/o any unnecessary ingredients. It is not Sophora Japonica, but it's just as effective.
